PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that there is a small variation in texture, flavor and color of soft ice creams with slight choices of consumers. SOLUTION: The soft ice creams containing a solid food material are obtained by mixing the solid food material in a visible scattered state therein. Thereby, the diverse soft ice creams having the chewiness, flavor and color possessed by the granular food material imparted thereto are provided.
