PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the arrangement operation for a die in a machine and use the die for an adequate purpose of use. SOLUTION: Means 67, 68, 69 are provided for respectively storing design purpose information successively prepared on the CAD information, shape characteristic information, and working purpose information at an optional time in advance. A means 50 stores the purpose of use information of a die collated with the purpose of working information for selecting an appropriate die in response to the demand for preparing a work data immediately before working. A means 69 stores a tool trajectory information prepared by allocating the selected die corresponding to the working purpose information. Means 63, 61, 71 stores a work data prepared based on the prepared tool trajectory information, the information on the die to be used, and an arrangement information, respectively.
