<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To totally perform life style care and health care while including metabolism by finding a metabolic index on the basis of the exhalation data of a testee, calculating a dynamic consumption energy E1 and acquiring a daily estimated consumed energy E2 . SOLUTION: The dynamic load quantity of a locomotion mode corresponding to the daily life style of the testee is applied to the testee by a locomotion means, the concentration of oxygen in the exhalation of the testee is detected, a metabolic index V'O2 is operated, and the daily estimated consumed energy E2 is obtained by finding the dynamic energy E1 consumed by the testee. Thus, the prescription of exercises and the prescription of required nutritive change for improving the consumption of oxygen are given to the testee and the health care for the testee is performed.</p> |
