PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorizing in-liner for garbage containers for the purpose of absorbing filthy water and malodors which leak from a plastic bag made of vinyl polymers, when the plastic bag containing household wastes is temporarily stored in a hard plastic container. SOLUTION: A deodorizing in-liner 1 is made of a cotton sheet material excellent in deodorizing properties, which is laid on the inner bottom of a hard plastic container 2 for household wastes 4 contained in a bag 3 made of vinyl polymer.
