PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently preparing a recombinant plant not containing a selected marker. SOLUTION: This method for preparing a recombinant plant not containing a selected marker comprises transferring a target gene and a selected marker to a plant, self-fertilizing the gene-transferred plant, selecting a plant individual containing the target gene but not the selected marker by a DNA analysis of self-fertilization posterity and further assaying an expression of character by the target gene using the selected plant individual. |
