PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating device with which a finish condition of a surface is uniform and excellent, and the finish condition of the surface can be changed without leaking an emulsion liquid from an emulsion liquid coating device. SOLUTION: The laminating device is provided with a draw-out device for drawing out a conveying film C on which media M is placed, a frame 4 which moves in the same direction at the same speed as the conveyed media M and returns in the opposite direction at a high speed, a coating head 20 for coating the emulsion liquid on the surface of the media M while moving in the crossing direction to the conveying direction of the media M on the frame 4, and a heating device for drying and hardening the emulsion liquid which is coated on the surface of the media M.
