PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow which is capable at anytime and steadily of producing anion. SOLUTION: The invention comprises an anion-producing pillow, which has a powdered composite that produces anion included, at least, in the center core of the pillow, in its coated material or in covering material, wherein the powdered composites used for producing anion are either 1 a mixed powder of tourmaline powder (specific gravity A, average diameter of particles a) and zirconium compound powder (specific gravity B, average diameter of particles b) with zirconium compound powder without the electric-fusion stabilized zirconium incorporated at 100Bb<3> /3Aa<3> -1000Bb<3> /Aa<3> in weight unit or 2 a mixed powder of tourmaline powder (specific gravity A, average diameter of particles a) and the electric-fusion stabilized zirconium powder (specific gravity C, average diameter of particles c) with the electric-fusion stabilized zircoum powder incorporated at 25Cc<3> /Aa<3> -1000Cc<3> /Aa<3> in weight unit.
