PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a combined food of commercially available fermented soybeans and chopped Welsh onion (packed). SOLUTION: Fermented soybeans are commonly associated with chopped Welsh onion, however, chopped Welsh onion is not always stored in a refrigerator and it requires much labor to chop Welsh onion. Welsh onion (Banno-negi, Allium Schoenoprasum, chives or Shimonita-negi) is packed and attached to fermented soybeans. Consequently a combined food of fermented soybeans having an excellent flavor and taste and chopped Welsh onion can be obtained readily without requiring much labor. |
