PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip component feeder having high cost performance and high reliability by being constructed so as to operate longer although a tubular feed path is gradually worn and deformed owing to the feed of the chip component to extend the time until the change of a member of which the tubular feed path is constructed. SOLUTION: When constructing an overall tubular feed path by connecting tubular feed paths with which a plurality of members are provided, respectively, with each other, as it goes from the inlet side of a chip component 5 to the outlet side, a member and a process are selected in order of wear and deformation of the tubular feed path. A separation pipe 22 is formed by applying heat treatment and surface treatment to carbon tool steel, and a parts guide 10 and a shoot base 30 are formed by applying electroless nickel plating to aluminum alloy. |
