PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harmful bird and animal-repelling device capable of surly repelling harmful birds and animals by a simple method. SOLUTION: This harmful bird and animal-repelling device 10 is constituted so as to include a supporting pole 11 almost vertically fixed and held, a driving motor 12 attached at the upper end of the supporting pole and having an almost perpendicular driving shaft, a case 13 attached to the driving shaft of the driving motor, a light source 14 housed in the case, and an electric power source 20 for lighting the above light source and driving the above driving motor.
