PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beauty method which uses a face mask with high occlusive effect to more quickly penetrate an effective component deep into wrinkles. SOLUTION: A beauty method by a face mask for the time being is only to simply put the face mask on a face and cannot penetrate sufficient effect into fine wrinkles. This beauty method comprises a first step of adhering a face mask to a face and a second step of spreading the face mask and the skin in the muscle running direction by pressing the base end part of a muscle running in the face by one hand and tracing the face mask in the muscle running direction by the other hand so as to squeeze out air. Thus the face mask is tightly in contact with the face to promote more penetration of the effective component into the skin.
