PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collapsible table whose top board can be stably held horizontal upon using, easily collapsed by rising up upon collapsing, and easily nested upon storing. SOLUTION: The top board 2 of this rising-up structure collapsible table is vertically collapsed upon collapsing. The rectangular base frame 22 with right and left pipes 22a, 22b and depth pipes 22c, 22d is fixed on the backside of the top board 2. Attachments 52 are respectively fixed on the centers of the right and left pipes 22a, 22b. The upper end 51 of the leg pole 5 rotatable around the shaft 52 as the support point is equipped on the attachment 52. When the top board 2 is to be held horizontal, the top board is held in a V- shape by a first link member 3 equipped on the upper end part of the stretch part 31 and a second link member 34 placed neighboring the first link member 3 and equipped with a bending part 35 almost at the middle part.
