PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the high-quality retracted condition of a covering material, reduce the number of parts, prevent the formation of wrinkles in the covering material, perform the retraction along the lengthwise direction of a retracting part at a fixed tension, increase the strength of the retraction and improve the outward appearance. SOLUTION: A guide rail 19 is provided on the bottom part side of a recessed groove 17 for the retracting part of a pad material 13. The retracting member 21 is formed of a mounting part 23 fixed to the covering material 15 and a rail part 25. The guide rail 19 is formed of the body portion 19a of a roughly U-shaped cross section and engaging portions 19b of roughly L-shaped cross sections extended to the sides opposite to each other from the both ends of the U-shaped body portion 19a. The rail portion 25 of the retracting member 21 is formed in a roughly reverse T-shaped cross section. The rail portion 25 of the retracting member 21 is inserted from the end part of the guide rail 19 and fitted in the guide rail 19.
