PURPOSE: A device of an account agency for a wireless Internet service and a method thereof are provided to extract necessary information through the interworking with a mobile communication service provider or to extract related information individually, so as to receive requirements of CPs(Contents Providers). CONSTITUTION: An extraction unit(21) extracts information related to the account of a wireless Internet service, using a parameter of an account request message and a bearer data message offered by a mobile communication service provider. And an account agency unit(22) applies the account separately according to services, CPs and users, on the basis of information related to the account of a wireless Internet service extracted from the extraction unit(21) and information related to the account of a wireless Internet service provided from an information providing device of the mobile communication service provider. The account request message includes IP(Internet Protocol) information and an NAI(Network Access Identifier) information of a terminal.
