PURPOSE: A heat radiation apparatus for a power rectifier is provided to allow cooling fan replacement and maintenance to be easily performed even during operation of the power rectifier, while maximizing heat radiation effect between the rectifier and a radiator. CONSTITUTION: A heat radiation apparatus comprises a pair of upper fixing frames(1,1') spaced apart from each other and arranged to be parallel with each other; a pair of lower fixing frames(2,2') spaced apart from each other and arranged underneath upper fixing frames; a rectifier body(4) having a plurality of rectifier modules for forming a multi-phase full wave bridge, and which is mounted to be movable in a horizontal direction between upper fixing frames and lower fixing frames; and a cooling fan housing(6) for accommodating cooling fans(5) corresponding to each rectifier module, and which is mounted to be movable in a horizontal direction on upper fixing frames and beneath lower fixing frames.
