PRODUCTION SYSTEM FOR CERAMIC INSERTS TO INSTALL ANCHOR

PURPOSE: Provided is a production system for ceramic inserts to install an anchor which produces the ceramic inserts with the strength of screw thread so that it improves stability of an anchor bolt combining with the ceramic inserts. CONSTITUTION: The production system for the ceramic inserts to install the anchor comprises the parts of: a box-typed casing(31) which binds a caster wheel(31A) at the lower part; an electric heating tank(32) which closely places the lower side of a flange at the upper circumference part to the external side of an upper sheet(31B) at the box-typed casing; a mold(33) which includes an upper press combining with a cylinder for fixing press and a lower press fixed at a vertical hem part of a slurry insertion pipe(32J); a main controller(34) which is combined with the front part of a second post(34A) to control each drive part; and an auxiliary controller(35) for adjusting temperature which measures and adjusts the temperature of ceramic slurry.
