PURPOSE: A transfer for a tray feeder is provided to perform electronic component mounting in a continuous manner by smoothly supplying electronic component trays to the electronic component mounting device. CONSTITUTION: A transfer(100) for a tray feeder, comprises a first plate(130) and a second plate(140) each of which has an electronic component tray mounted on the first plate and the second plate, respectively, and a cylinder block(132); a base frame(110) where first and second plates are mounted; a first linear motion guide(111) and a second linear motion guide(112) arranged within the base frame, and which guide each plate in such a manner that plates move, being crossed with each other; and a driving unit(120) for moving first and second plates. The second linear motion guide has a cam curved portion(113) formed through the side surface of the second linear motion guide, so as to allow a ball bush and a roller arranged beneath a guide plate to be accommodated into the cam curved portion. |
