PURPOSE: An aqueous solution composition containing an antimicrobial compound in a high concentration by solubilizing a quinolone carboxylic acid-based antimicrobial composition, together with a solubilizing aid is provided which can be used as injectable, infusable or liquid oral formulations. CONSTITUTION: The high concentration aqueous solution composition is made by dissolving an antimicrobial compound represented by the formula(1) in a high concentration by solubilizing a quinolone carboxylic acid-based antimicrobial composition, together with a solubilizing aid selected from the group consisting of 5-oxotetrahydrofuran-2-carboxylic acid(or 2-hydroxy glutaric acid transformable therefrom), glutaric acid, gluconic acid, aspartic acid or two or mixtures thereof. In formula, R is (±)-methyl or S-(-)-methyl.
