PURPOSE: A tilting apparatus of a truck cap is provided to easily tilt the cap by rotating an operating rod of a hydraulic pump with a rotating handle and to offer the operating convenience by moving a manual operating potion to a lower position. CONSTITUTION: A connecting rod(20) is combined with an operating rod(17). A rotating handle(21) is combined with one end(20a) of the connecting rod. The rotating handle is installed in a mudguard stay(s) to fix a mudguard(m) for easily using the rotating handle. By conveniently rotating with the rotating handle, a truck cap is tilted more easily and. Moreover, safety accidents are prevented by installing the rotating handle in a lower position.
