PURPOSE: Structure for combining a steering wheel with a steering shaft of a vehicle is provided to reduce the number of assembling processes and to improve work efficiency by temporarily assembling the steering wheel with the steering shaft. CONSTITUTION: An upper steering shaft(12) is combined to a steering wheel(10) via a connecting boss member(30) fixed on the steering wheel and a connecting nut member(32) for connecting the connecting boss member with the upper steering shaft. The connecting nut member is connected outside the steering wheel. Since the steering wheel and the upper steering shaft are put into an assembling process after being temporarily assembled, the position of the steering wheel to the upper steering shaft is adjusted easily.
