PURPOSE: Provided is a folding mat and bedding in one which configures a cover and a folded unit in a bag form so that it increases convenience in treating and carrying the folding mat and bedding in one. CONSTITUTION: In the folding mat and bedding in one which comprises the parts of: a bed(10) which consists of plural units(22,24,26) to be folded; a pillow(12) which is placed at one edge of the bed; and a cover(14) which is combined with a unit at the other edge of the bed to receive the folded unit, the folding mat and bedding in one is characterized by fixing both sides of the cover at the bed to form the cover and the folded unit in a bag type and combining a grip with the bed to make ease of carrying.
