PURPOSE: A waste plastic bag crusher is provided to automatically conduct waste processing operations. CONSTITUTION: The waste plastic bag crusher(1) comprises a main body(2) of rectangular box type, to one end top of which a hopper(3) is installed; a hopper(3) in which a horizontal rotational shaft(4) having bag feeding plates(8) fixed to the shaft(3) is installed; a feeding space adjusting plate(9) fixed to a support shaft(11) by a support arm(13) in the hopper(3) and having a finger piece(10) for primarily crushing the bags (B); a major pulley(24) and a slave pulley(25) for moving a belt conveyor(23) having a plural cutters(26); a horizontal moving plate(20) that covers the belt conveyor(23) and has groves(22) to give way for the cutter to move through to crush bags; a plural support arms(27); a plural finger bars(28) set adjacent to the support arms(27) to finally collect the crushed bags (B). |
