PURPOSE: A gold or silver foil heat transfer film with transparent effect by partial adhesion is provided to create new design and various patterns by adhering the transfer film by heating and pressing on a wooden or plastic picture frame or other material on which paint is coated or a transfer paper is transferred, and a method for manufacturing the same is provided. CONSTITUTION: The gold or silver foil heat transfer film with transparent effect by partial adhesion comprises a substrate film layer(10) which is manufactured into a non-polishing film by coating a non-polishing agent on a polishing/non-polishing polyester film or polyester film; a releasing agent film(20) in which a composition comprising acrylic resin as a principal constituent is coated on the surface of the substrate film layer(10) to secure exfoliation characteristics; an ink printed layer(30) which is consisted of resin and pigment on the surface of the releasing agent film(20); a transparent printed layer(40) which is consisted of resin and pigment on the surface of the ink printed layer(30); an aluminum deposition layer(50) in which aluminum is vacuum deposited on the surface of the aluminum deposition layer(50); and a partial adhesion layer(60) in which an adhesive comprising acrylic resin, vinyl resin or polyester resin as resin and ketone solvent, acetate solvent or aromatic solvent as solvent is coated on the surface of the aluminum deposition layer(50) so that the partial adhesion layer(60) is partially adhered onto a transferred body(70) as maintaining adhesion with aluminum.
