PURPOSE: A car door hinge assembly is provided to protect the outer painting of a front door panel and a fender panel and to heighten an adhesive strength of a side garnish. CONSTITUTION: The car door hinge assembly comprises: a body hinge(110) fixed to a body and provided with a guide rail having a guide groove(111a) and a rack(112); a slide lever(130) slid along the guide groove(111a) and coupled to both sides of a door hinge(120); a rotary gear(140) engaged with the rack(112) to be rotated and coupled to the middle of the slide lever(130); and a fixed gear(150) engaged with the rotary gear(140) and fixed to the middle of the door hinge(120) to rotate the rotary gear(140). |
