摘要 PURPOSE: Provided are zinc blende type CrSb compound having ferromagnetic properties at room temperature, a method for producing the same and a multi-layered structure comprising the same. CONSTITUTION: The zinc blende type CrSb compound has a layered shape and has a thickness within 0.3-300nm. The zinc blende type CrSb compound has a ferromagnetic transition temperature of 400K or over. The zinc blende type CrSb compound is produced by preparing a given substrate; forming an underlayer made of a III-V semiconductor compound on the substrate; and epitaxially growing a CrSb compound on the underlayer by means of MBE method to fabricate a zinc blende type CrSb compound. The thickness of the underlayer is set within 2-1000nm. The underlayer is comprised of semiconductor complex with composition of AlxGa1-xAs or AlxGa1-xSb(x is between 0 and 1).
