PURPOSE: An apparatus for bending a coil having small unit weight is provided to perform bending operation smoothly as directing skid of a bending facility upward and downward when the coil having small unit weight is produced during cold rolling process. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for bending a coil having small unit weight comprises a measuring part which is installed inside a conveyor to measure between the conveyor and skid per diameters of the coil; a skid moving part which is installed inside a bending machine, and in which the skid is vertically moved; and a wedge part for guiding rest of the coil as moving onto the upper plate of the skid of the skid moving part through a wedge mounted on the upper part of the wedge part, wherein the measuring part comprises a pair of fixed main bodies(26a,26b), an electric powered motor(28), a circular gear box(25), a screw thread(24), a measuring die(20) comprising a PX sensor(33) and guide rods(21a,21b,21c,21d), the skid part comprises a fixed skid, a skid upper plate, a connecting rod, a wedge and a cylinder, and the wedge part comprises a pair of wedges, a union, a semicircular connector, a connecting shaft, a touch bar and a sensor.
