PURPOSE: A structure for cooling a turbine blade of a turbocharger is provided to cool the blade by guiding air of a blower into the turbine blade so as to prevent the generation of crack and thermal expansion in the turbine blade. CONSTITUTION: A structure for cooling a turbine blade of a turbocharger includes the turbine blade(53) having a space(54) which air passes through, wherein an inlet(55) is formed at the inner surface of the space for air inflow and an outlet(56) at the rear surface of the space for air discharge, an air inflow hole(72) formed by penetrating a rotation shaft(70) with blower side open to make air of the blower side to be flowed into the turbine blade side by the negative pressure, and a circular connection passage(52) formed in a turbine rotor to make the space of the turbine blade communicate with the air inflow hole.
