PURPOSE: A heater controller automatically cutting off inflow of exhaust gas is provided to automatically or manually cut off inflow of exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION: A heater controller includes an automatic inside/outside air switching part(100) comprising a sensor part(110) installed on an outside air inlet side of a vehicle to measure concentration of exhaust gas outside of the vehicle and a control part(120) receiving exhaust gas signal from the sensor part and comparing to generate signal for automatically operating the automatic inside/outside air switching part; and a heater control part(200) manually transmitting signal for temperature, air direction, air volume and inside/outside air switching to manually control indoor atmosphere of the vehicle.
