PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of aroma additive with an ignition point considered which decreases the amount of ethanol used to reduce the loss caused by volatilizing ethanol so that it contributes to reduce the production cost of tobacco. CONSTITUTION: In the aroma additive which consists of 4-10% of aroma, 5-10% of moisturizing agent and 72-86% of solvent used in the secondary adding process for aroma among the entire process, the production process of aroma additive with the ignition point considered is characterized by including water as non-volatile solvent at a ratio of 2:1-1:5 against ethanol.
