PURPOSE: A telecommunication control device for cars is provided to enable functions of hands-free and secret calls at the same time, for a modem phone built in an ATOM(Automobile Telematics Office and Multimedia) device and a hand phone. CONSTITUTION: A module jack(120) connects an ear phone(130) with a hand phone(140). An ear phone limit switch(121) detects the connection of the ear phone(130). The first relay(RLY1) of which the on and off state varies according to a selection switch operation of a user, to enable speech through a modem phone(110) or the hand phone(140). The second relay(RLY2) of which the on and off state varies according to the use state of the modem phone(110) and the hand phone(140). And the third relay(RLY3) is switched on and off according to the earphone connection state, to perform secret speech or speech through a speaker(170).
