PURPOSE: A method and a system for managing the member of a voice information service are provided to make the users continuously use the service and to effectively collect the new members by offering the actual money made from the accumulated points and the various contents to the users. CONSTITUTION: A voice information service center(30) includes an audio response system and automatic call service(31) connected with a user telephone terminal via a public switched telephone network. The audio response system(31) provides various voice contents to the users. A web server(32) manages the information of the users and guides the use and procedure of the voice information service via a web browser. A voice information management system(33) provides the voice information contents to the user telephone terminal and controls the entire system. A voice information database(34) stores the voice information contents and the guide messages. A member information database(35) stores the personal information about the users and the information about the upper and lower recommenders. A point management database(36) manages the points of the users. A contents database(37) stores the voice information contents.
