PURPOSE: A prefabricated form for a concrete waterproof projection is provided to simplify deposit, conveyance and assembly. CONSTITUTION: The prefabricated form for a concrete waterproof projection comprises: closed boards(2a,2b) welded to each symmetric end of two square pipes(1a,1b); fixing wedge pins(3a,3b) welded to be projected outward through a fitting hole(21) formed on the closed boards(2a,2b); connecting boards(4a,4b) welded symmetrically to each symmetric end of the square pipes(1a,1b), projected longitudinally toward the facing square pipes(1a,1b) and provided with connecting holes(41) where the fixing wedge pins(3a,3b) pass through; coupling wedge pins(6a,6b) fitted tightly to a coupling hole(31) of the fixing wedge pins(3a,3b) penetrated the connecting holes(41) of the connecting boards(4a,4b) to couple/fix two square pipes(1a,1b); several fixing/bearing bars(7a,7b) welded to each outside of the square pipes(1a,1b) at regular intervals; and several backing bars(8) interposed in each lower end of the fixing/bearing bars(7a,7b) to be separable.
