PURPOSE: A system and a method for processing the order information are provided to make a customer call a telephone number of an advertisement company without remembering or recording the telephone number and to make the advertisement company process an order by checking the information of the customer through a database storing the telephone number of the customer provided by a caller ID display service. CONSTITUTION: A customer call box(200) is connected between a customer telephone(110) and the PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network), and transmits a company telephone number and a user code signal as a DTMF(Dual Tone Multi Frequency) signal through the PSTN by manipulating a condensed dialing button(210). A company call box(300) receives a code signal of the caller telephone number and a client code signal, and converts the received signal into the digital data. A company computer(400) extracts the client information by searching the database storing the digital information and processes the client information according to a customer management program. |
