PURPOSE: A roll stopper mounting assembly of a vehicle is provided to install an engine stably by damping vibration doubly with a vehicle body mounting part, and to improve driving experience by restricting transmission of vibration. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle body mounting part(300) of a roll stopper mounting assembly is composed of a body bracket(310); a vehicle body mounting bush(320) contacted to the body mounting bracket; an upper stopper(330) mounted in an upper flange(311) and supported in the vehicle body mounting bush; an intermediate plate(340) installed below the vehicle body mounting bush; a lower plate(350) installed below the intermediate plate; and a lower stopper(360) placed in the body bracket by a flange(361), and fixed by the lower flange. The engine is installed stably by doubly damping vibration, and driving experience is improved by restricting transmission of vibration.
