PURPOSE: A cellular phone simultaneously having camcorder, TV, video phone, illumination and radio functions is provided to selectively use the cellular phone as a camcorder, a TV, a video phone, a radio, or an illumination according to a user purpose by adding other functions to one cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: A CCD camera(110) is located on an upper end of a cellular phone(100) and is rotated at 360 degrees for performing video camera and camcorder lens roles. An illumination(120) is installed in the circumference of the CCD camera(110) so that it is possible to photograph an object at night. An LCD(170) outputs an image photographed through the CCD camera(110). A selection key(140) has a video phone button, a TV button(143), a camcorder button(142) for showing a video phone, a TV, and the photographed image through the LCD(170), and has a radio button(144) and a cellular phone button(141) for selectively using a radio and the cellular phone(100). A function key(180) smoothly performs a function when the function is selected through one button among the video phone button, the TV button(143), the camcorder button(142), the radio button(144), and the cellular phone button(141) of the selection key(140).
