CONTINUOUS DYEING METHOD OF POLYTRIMETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE CARPET

PURPOSE: Provided is a continuous dyeing method of a polytrimethylene terephthalate carpet, which prevents a frosting phenomenon without a frosting inhibitor. CONSTITUTION: The continuous dyeing method of the carpet is as follows: mixing disperse dyes, a size, a fixing accelerator, a UV absorbent and so on to prepare an aqueous dyeing solution; heating the dyeing solution to 45-100deg.C; spraying the dyeing solution on the carpet(wherein the carpet is the one using poly trimethylene terephthalate(PTT) bulked continuous filament(BCF) heat-set at 120-150deg.C) with an applicator(3) to make got 100-500wt.% of pick-up; treating for 5-10minutes in a steamer(4) with saturated steam having 102-150deg.C; and then washing in a washing bath, followed by drying on a dryer.
