PURPOSE: An output circuit is provided to prevent a malfunction of a chip by reducing the influence of voltage noise. CONSTITUTION: An output buffer(10) outputs two signals having the same electric potential as an output signal(SAOUT) of a sense amplifier according to an output enable bar signal(OEB). The output buffer(10) outputs a sense amplifier output signal and an inverted signal of the sense amplifier output signal by performing a logical operation for the sense amplifier output signal and an output enable bar signal. An output driver(20) drives a pull-up transistor and a pull-down transistor according to two output signals generated from the output buffer(10), controls a final output signal(OUTPUT), and outputs a controlled signal. An output driver division circuit(30) drives partially pull-down transistors of the output driver(20) after a predetermined time is delayed.
