A plastic container with partition plates having a moisture and gas barrier characteristic for each compartment thereof,and a device and a method for manufacturing the container;the plastic container manufacturing device(100)for forming a DLC film on the internal wall surfaces(3)and partition plate wall surfaces(5)of the plastic container(1),characterized by comprising a vacuum chamber(6)used also as an external electrode,internal electrodes for earth potential(8)inserted into each compartment(7)inside the plastic container(1),a high frequency output supply means(30)connected to the vacuum chamber(6),and a material gas supply means(40)introducing material gas to each compartment(7)inside the plastic container(1).
