The invention discloses a method of intelligent network management through opening interface in service management point (SMP), characterized in that the method includes at least following steps: a) when environment and intelligent network are interconnected, establish an access account for the access system on SMP and set operation purview; then, establish the SOCKET connection of TCP/IP between access host and SMP; b) after successful connection, transmit the command for logging from host to SMP; c) according to returned information, judge whether login is successful; if the answer is yes, turn to D; otherwise, return to C for a new login or justdisconnect and exit; d) access host and transmit interactive vcommand to SMP, process returned result until access host does not transmit any command to SMP, then turn to E; e) access host transmit a exit command to SMP, then disconnect SOCKET with SMP. The method can support intercommunication between any network operation system and intelligent network, thus improve intercommunication of network, reduce the overhead in system, enhance operation efficiency of system.
