The invention is particularly characterized in: that each parcel delivery location (3) is provided with a system unit (4), which system unit (4): is adapted for at least an indirect wireless communication with the communication hub (1); and is provided with a user interphase (5) for communication of parcel data with a parcel receiver (6), and: that the comminication hub (1) upon request from the parcel sender (2) or the parcel receiver (6) is adapted to send information about available alternative parcel delivery locations (3) to said parcel sender (2) or parcel receiver (6); and that the communication hub (1) is adapted to thereafter register one of the parcel delivery locations (3) selected by the parcel sender (2) or the parcel receiver (6).
