A multilayered colored sheet having a multilayer structure comprising: (A) a multilayered colored stretched sheet which comprises (a1) a thermoplastic resin layer containing a colorant dispersed therein and, superposed on at least one side thereof, (a2) a transparent thermoplastic resin layer and which has a transverse−direction heat contraction stress of 0.22 to 2.0 MPa and a machine−direction heat contraction stress of 0.22 to 2.0 MPa; and (B) a rubber−containing thermoplastic resin base sheet on which the sheet (A) is superposed. It is excellent in gloss, color, and impact strength.
