They have excellent phosphodiesterase IV inhibitory activity and are useful as preventives/remedies for inflammatory diseases, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, chronic rheumatoid arthritis, autoimmune diseases, depression, senile dementia of Alzheimer type, memory disorders, diabetes, and arteriosclerosis.</p> |
