Compounds represented by the general formula (‖) or salts thereof, useful as preventive and therapeutic drugs for diabetes and so on: (‖) wherein R1 is an optionally substituted hydrocarbon group or an optionally substituted heterocyclic group; X and Y are each independently a free valency or the like; Q is a bivalent hydrocarbon residue having 1 to 20 carbon atoms; A is an aromatic ring which may further bear one to three substituents; n is an integer of 1 to 8; B is a nitrogenous 5−membered heterocycle which may further bear one to three substituents; W is a bivalent hydrocarbon residue having 1 to 20 carbon atoms; V is a free valency or the like; and R2 is an optionally substituted heterocyclic group or the like.
