PURPOSE: A folding placard stand is provided to easily install and elevate a placard and control a location thereof, and have good durability. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary roller(225) is connected to the center of a frame. The auxiliary roller(225) is rotated to come in contact with a center portion of the placard. The placard is elevated by a roller according to a frame. The space is formed at an inner side end of a frame. A support member(232) is located adjacent to a bar and wraps one side of a free end of a projection ring. The end of the placard is inserted into the projection ring. One side end of a link(240) is locked to a connector. The other side end of the link(240) is locked to a hinge plate. The hinge plate is formed at a lower end of a frame. A guide plate(250) is attached to the lower end of a frame.
