A small, low−cost noise filter capable of preventing noise resonance and advantageously being used in an electronic apparatus having a signal frequency higher than 100 MHz, the filter comprising transmission lines and grounding conductors alternately disposed, with magnetic sheets interposed between them and with some of the magnetic sheets disposed in the outermost layers, in a laminate formed by laminating and firing magnetic sheets. A signaling electrode connected to transmission lines and a grounding electrode connected to grounding conductors are formed on the outer surface of the laminate. Accordingly, signals are passed through transmission lines with grounding conductors grounded to thereby attenuate high−frequency noise by using heat loss by magnetic sheets.
