A process for producing a liquid plant extract containing a plant powder characterized by comprising concentrating a liquid extract, which is obtaine d from a plant containing an active ingredient and thus contains the active ingredient, in the presence of a plant powder; a process for producing a pla nt extract containing a plant powder characterized by comprising concentrating a liquid extract, which is obtained from a plant containing an active ingredie nt and thus contains the active ingredient, in the presence of a plant powder followed by drying; a plant powder-containing liquid plant extract or a plan t powder-containing plant extract containing a liquid extract or an extract, which is obtained from a plant containing an active ingredient and thus contains the active ingredient, and a plant powder characterized in that the content of the active ingredient in the liquid extract or the extract is higher than the content of the active ingredient in the plant; and foods, drinks or feeds containing the above-described plant powder-containing liqui d plant extract or the plant powder-containing plant extract. |
