PURPOSE: A method is provided to reduce damages caused due to magnetic force and diamagnetic action by positioning the voice modulator unit far from the head of the user. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit for transmitting voice is formed of a pipe or hose and connected from a microphone to the mouth of a user, in the modulator part of the electronic device for modulating voice into wave. A communication unit for transmitting voice is formed of a pipe or hose and connected from a speaker to the mouth of a user, in the modulator part of the electronic device for modulating wave into voice. The electronic device for transmitting voice is spaced apart far from the head of the user, to thereby prevent magnetic force and diamagnetic action from being directly transmitted to the human body.
