Method for production of a regular multi-layer construction, in particular for electrical double layer capacitors and the corresponding device

For manufacturing a multi-layer structure with repeating layer sequences, it is proposed that a band-shaped carrier material be first partially separated into individual sections of the respectively same size, whereby connections capable of bearing remain between the individual sections. After continuously applying at least one further material layer on the surface of the carrier material, the individual sections are completely separated by cutting or punching. The multi-layer structure is obtained by stacking the multi-layer section [sic] obtained in this way on top of one another, whereby intermediate layers can also be potentially inserted between two multi-layer sections.
