<p>A rectangular plastic container (2) with a concave bottom area is screwed to a rectangular base (1) made of wood, metal or strong plastic. The edges of the shell are covered with a soft plastic material (4), a layer of foam rubber (3) is attached to the inner surface of the bottom. Two straps (5) are guided with one end around a bar (6) fixed to the base parallel to the shell.
