An optical waveguide-interfacing device has an optical source driver circuit, an optical cable or line, and an optical receiver (6) which includes on the input-side, an optoelectric converter (18) with load-side connected control amplifier (20) and output-side signal converter (transducer) (22). The optoelectric converter (18) is additionally tied to the signal transducer (22) input (32) by means of a by-pass (24), and a resistor (36) is connected between the output (34) of the control amplifier (20) and the input (32) of the signal transducer. |
